A leader in building bold and successful cultures that result in increased engagement, retention, and profitability, Jody has helped thousands of companies achieve more success and fulfillment. Jody has had the opportunity to train and do business in 14 countries and all across the United States. Jody has worked with the Fortune 50 as well as small businesses from all industries. Debbie Stephens
Debbie is a graduate of WTAMU and has filled leadership roles in retail, banking, and now professional services. She is responsible for business and client management for our organization. She handles both operational and financial oversight for the company and has helped us create raving fans of our client base.

Meghan Slaughter, M.S. Psychology
Meghan Slaughter holds an Associate of Science in Psychology from Amarillo College, a Bachelor in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, and a M.S. in Psychology from Angelo State University.
Meghan has worked as a co-manager of a department for Hobby Lobby, run her own small business, and is now a Communication Strategist and Assessment Consultant for our business. Meghan takes care of clients in three states and all across the great state of Texas.
Meghan's motto is: Change your perception of things and it will change your reality. This has helped her in working with clients to bring them out of being stuck and into the possibilities in front of them.
Meghan co-authored the book, Management 101, writing the section on stress management for executives and leaders. She is an advocate of living a balanced life and actively helps others find harmony between work and life.
